Peony, Obviously collects only what it needs to fill your order and answer your questions.

• What we collect: your name, email, delivery address, and order details. If you use the contact form, whatever you write in it.
• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Who sees it: us, our payment processor, our web host, and Canada Post for shipped orders. We don’t sell your information.
• Marketing email: only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Cookies: the shop uses cookies to remember your cart and keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.
• How long we keep it: order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Your rights: email hello@peonyobviously.com to see, correct or delete your information.
