TERMS OF SALE

This site is run by Peony, Obviously, in Narol, Manitoba. Contact: hello@peonyobviously.com.

• What you’re buying: a dormant bare-root peony division, or fresh cut flowers for local delivery. Photos of blooms show mature plants for reference. A root is not a flowering plant.
• Bloom: colour and timing vary with weather, soil and plant age. We don’t guarantee a bloom date.
• Prices: in Canadian dollars. Shipping or delivery is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Where we sell: Canada only. Fresh flowers and local delivery are limited to the Winnipeg and Selkirk area.
• Pre-orders: June flower pre-orders are charged when you order. Delivery dates depend on bloom and are confirmed by email.
• Stock: quantities are small. If we oversell a cultivar by mistake, we refund it in full.
• Risk: responsibility for the parcel passes to you on delivery. We help with Canada Post claims.
• Law: these terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and Canada.
