ROOTS SHIP. FLOWERS GET DRIVEN.
Two kinds of product, two ways of getting them to you.
ROOTS: CANADA POST
- Where: bare-root divisions ship anywhere in Canada. No US or international orders.
- When: orders ship Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday to Sunday ship the next Monday.
- Fall cutoff: fall orders close October 31, 2026.
- Cost: calculated at checkout from your postal code and the box weight.
- Tracking: every parcel has it. The number is emailed when your order ships.
- Cold: if a hard freeze is forecast along your route, we may hold your order a few days and email you.
LOCAL DELIVERY: WE DRIVE IT
- Where: Winnipeg, Selkirk and the area between, within about 30 km of Narol. Enter your postal code at checkout to see if you’re in range.
- What: roots now, and fresh flowers in June.
- Who: us. Not a courier.
- Fresh flowers: local delivery only. We don’t ship cut flowers.
NO PICKUP
The farm isn’t open to the public, so there is no pickup and no farm address to visit.
ORDERING ROOTS AND FLOWERS TOGETHER
You can, if you’re in the local delivery area. Roots are delivered this fall and June flower pre-orders are delivered when the beds bloom. Outside the local area, fresh flowers can’t be added to a shipped order, and checkout will tell you so.
GIFTS
Send it to their address and write your note in the order notes at checkout. We print it on a card. No prices go in the box.
